GENERAL TERMS, DISCLAIMER AND REFUND POLICY. 

 

Augustus Harvey Ltd obtains the measurements of each customer in order to produce a garment that is tailor made for you as requested. 

 

Augustus Harvey Ltd will deal with the customer’s order in accordance with our obligations under the Sale of Goods Act 1979 (as amended) and the Sale and Supply of Goods to Consumers Regulations 2002.

 

QUALITY. 

If the customer is not satisfied with either the quality or the fit of the ordered items(s) we may, after inspection of the goods, follow a strict policy of Repair, Replace and finally Refund. 

 

Please note that a Refund can only be processed following the procedures of Repair and Replace, and certainly not without the customer fitting the item and confirming satisfaction. 

 

In the case of a refund, (following all efforts to repair or replace to the customers satisfaction) the customer will be eligible for a full refund of the cost of the garment or where there has been clear damage of an item a full refund on the cost of the item (with proof of purchase) will be given 

 

Augustus Harvey Ltd retains ultimate discretion on whether a product is deemed to fit or is faulty or not.

LEGAL JURISDICTION.

All our consumer contracts are governed by English law and shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England. English is the official language offered for the conclusion of the contract.
